when i got on to read 595 this morning i was excited but after reading i was disappointed that no one was wearing cowboy chaps i mean the chapter was titled "CHAPS"

It's so hard to please some of these fans I agree with you. Personally I liked this chapter

IMO this chapter was useless. It was basically nothing but fighting with no development to the plot. We didn't learn anything new and they're basically in the same situation as they were in the last manga just now with less chakra and Tobi has a ****ing chip in his mask. But who knows, that chip could get bigger and maybe his mask will fall off or some crazy ass shit like that.
