Well Sasuke can easily electrocute Kimimaro can't he, or do his bones grant him immunity from chidori based attacks whether they be weak ones or not? If this is sick Kimimaro than Sasuke wins mid difficulty. If Kimimaro is healthy than Sasuke wins high difficulty. Sasuke also has the CS2 just like Kimimaro so Kimimaro has no advantage over him. Also bare in mind that Sasuke is superior to Kimimaro when it comes to speed, ninjutsu, intelligence, hand seals and genjutsu.
Kimimaro may have slightly better taijutsu but Sasuke is a ninjutsu oriented fighter anyway. Also since Sasuke has better speed, he can steer the battle whichever way he wants it to go, in which case Kimimaro will be forced to fight Sasuke on Sasuke's terms.
Sasuke can also grow wings which he can use to fly or defend himself so along with Sasuke's reflexes, speed and sharingan precog, Kimimaro will find it pretty much impossible to land a hit on Sasuke.
