Neosmith is clearly correct here. The fingers were shown while she was coughing up blood to emphasize where he hit her and how he hit her. Not to mention the position his hand is when Hinata tries to withdraw and counter attack is a flat position with the fingers pointed directly at Hinata. [

Im sick and tired of ppl ignoring a simple fact about Kisame and his sword! One touch! Healed! Boom!

immediatle after he was hit Kishi made it obvious that he grabbed his sword. He constantly heals from either Sama or himself taking willingly.

Facts of manga and databook states internal damage is done, Kisame's grabs sword asap afterward so any affect done is now canceled by default based off previous manga facts.

Neji's finger is literally located directly on the Logo in the Upper right scan which clearly means that it wasn't underneath the headband , but instead directly on it clearly very much close to the middle of the whole headband.
