I think Neji beats Itachi in taijutsu, for different reasons though.
Idk how he was even relevant to my point btw, my comparasion was regarding to a common opponent (Lee) both Kimimaro and Neji confronted in different grounds and how they stand in comparasion.

I don't see Kimimaro falling prey to having his points shut, even through the hypothetical method of having the chakra seep through the bones. But, if that does happen Kimimaro can always counter act this by making use of the Cursed Mark and the chakra within it, using it in a similar manner as to how Naruto used the kyuubi's chakra to reopen his points.

I also do not see Kimimaro, once using the power of the curse mark, to fall prey to Neji's Jukken.... I believe the name of it is, attacks.

What he meant was that lee was fresh out of a surgery, in recovery.
Kimi was paralysed and had no treatment for it but then moved off of sheer will power.
Also, kimi wasn't taking naruto or lee seriously (until lee went drunk). Pretty much the entire time he was just casually fighting lee and even said lee was too predictable. Kimi didn't move an inch after all, even when lee increased his speed and power exponentially by opening gate 1... Think of it like when bell test naruto was trying to hit kakashi; kakashi 'narrowly' dodged him there. The difference is kimi did this is a body that should have been paralyzed while kakashi did it in a healthy body.

Anyway, i Hyatt wanted to clear that up. I think neji wins but people are making good point for kimi.
Maybe if kimi sticks to bone kenjutsu and digital sgrapnel he can take this by avoiding situations where his chakra points will be hit :/
