part 2 kakashi and sick kimi's speeds are the same in the databooks,this not accounting for his cursed seal enhancements. Anbu kakashi would be slower than that.
Kimimaro's attacks revolce around highly unorthodox and unpredictable movements which makes sharingan tracking useless.

Instant regenerative abilities allow him to brush off a raikiri which would be the only real threat kakashi could bring. Assuming a raikiri from anbu kakashi could actually pierce him.

Cursed seal renders genjutsu void.

Anbu kakashi would have less chakra than part 1 kakashi who was pitiful in that regard to say the least.

Basically base kimi takes this mid diff at most,kimi using his cursed seal makes it low diff.
