lol he is top 10...prob like 8 or 9, his bones were said to be stronger than mokuton and oro wanted his body more than sasuke's. Also while he was sick and also very young,, he was still able to fight against 3 of the strongest genin in the series (2 jins and a taijutsu specialist) and he would've stomped them is he was 100%. Did you notice how edo kimmimaro didnt get sealed? he was on the battlefield until the jutsu was cancled which proves he was one of the best

Not sure about the ranking. But kimminoro was a beast. And definetly would have been one of the strongest in the narutoverse

With progression (only 15) he would have been one of the best, not Nagato Hashi Madara or BM Naruto level, but better than Minato and Hiruzen, maybe Itachi.
