Sasuke has no answer for Kimmimaros speed, bone forest, and he isn't strong enough to break his bones. Kimmimaro survived Gaaras sand burial.

Kimimaro's bones are fodder to Susanoo as they can easily cut right through them.

Kimimaro's bones aren't fast enough to shield him from Amaterasu before it hits and even if he somehow manages to block it, Sasuke uses Enton Kagutsuchi to light his whole body on fire.

Sasuke and Kimimaro have the same speed stat in the DB so that isn't an issue here.

He doesn't have the necessary speed to dodge Susanoo arrow either, Kakashi who has the same speed stat as Kimimaro couldn't evade Susanoo arrows, so Kimimaro can't avoid them either.

You are mistaken:

1st databook: volumes 1-13
2nd databook: volumes 14-27
3rd databook: volumes 28-43

Volumes 1-27 were all part 1.

Hebi Sasuke: 31.5
Kimimaro: 30.5

The stats haven't been updated for a while but CM Sasuke was also above Kimmaro.

CM Sasuke can fly. Remember he has wings.He can also summon and control Manda which auto stomps Kimm's whole arsenal....

No the "second" refers to the databook. That book didnt cover Shippuden, so that Sasuke would be the one at the end of the Naruto. Also the databook isnt useful when trying to find out who would win, if you went by the databook and its stats, Itachi and Jiraiya would be the best shinobi in the world with 35.5. But in truth Orochimaru could probably defeat Jiraiya but Itachi defeated Oro in a matter of seconds. Its not a valid source
