]. It may be one of the best jutsu (strategically speaking) as it can be utilized in both offense and defense; as said before. Of course, the point of a "Perfect Defense" was to never be broken etc. If anything could be described as "perfect" it would be Madara's Susano'o, as "perfect" is in the title. Then again, it has been shown to be broken, but that may be a limit of the user, but not the jutsu itself.Just a bit of a thought.
