i was wondering how does kimimaro compare today in naruto (and what i mean by compare who could he beat and who does he not stand a chance against) and where would you place him in a character list. orochimaru did state that if only kimimaro wasnt ill that he would have used him instead of sasuke i think he said something like that and i am a bit disappointed that we didnt see much of edo kimimaro

yes agreed he was trolled by kishi. but as of today he can beat all of konoha 11 except for naruot and sasuke and be a match for lee. and can kill all the fodder ninja his heart desires.

what about akatsuki who do you think he could take out if i had to choose but not to sure is probably kakuzu, hidan, konan and deidara

I loved him but I'm not sure if he can take akatuski guys well the puppet guy and bomber dude mayb since his body is like a tank id b more sure he could if he had not died and been gettin better up Til now

Probably nobody important. He was 15 when he died, and at the start of Shippuuden Naruto + Sauske were about 16.
So we see how strong they were at his age and realize his strength wasn't that impressive Compared to Naruto+Sauske.
Even though hes one of my favorite characters, he just isn't THAT strong.
Also, Oro wanted his body because of durability, chakara reserve, and kekki genkai. probably the best subordinate he had anyway, untill Sauske Kun
