Zabuza Momochi vs Kimimaro Kaguya
This thread is about the two ninjas who are the same by the Databook stats. But who is actually stronger when they're fighting each other? All comments are welcomed, but you must read it first. When discussing, use facts , not just your worship of a character. This is my first versus thread and I was inspired by Negative Knight while making it. |
Kimimaro's Abillities Shikotsumyaku Kimimaro's abilities came from his kekkei genkai, Shikotsumyaku, which allowed the user to manipulate their own skeletal structure as a means of combat. Specifically, it allowed Kimimaro to manipulate his osteoblast and osteoclast cells, which are responsible for building or breaking down bone tissue. This ability gave him absolute control over the concentration of calcium within his bones, allowing him to control the density or malleability of them. Kimimaro also stated that his bones were stronger than tempered steel. With this techique combinated with Cursed Seal (explained later) Kimimaro can counter Zabuza's Water Dragon Bullet Technique and Great Waterfall Technique. He can easily survive the flood as he survived stumbles of Gaara's Sand. How Kimimaro can use this ability against Zabuza: Zabuza's Water Clone Techique is uselles as Kimimaro has shown great resistance fighting against Naruto. He deafted many Naruto clones without a single scratch. This tecnique is very usefull against Kubikiribōchō because his bones can, when he's in Sursed Seal 2 Level 2,cut it in a half, making Zabuza's Seven Swordsmen of the Mist techiques useless, by being careful so that Zabuza couldn't cut him and use his blood to regenerate the sword.

Taijutsu Kimimaro demonstrated tremendous taijutsu skills combined with equally impressive speed, agility, and dexterity. Rock Lee, a taijutsu virtuoso, has claimed that nothing was wasted in Kimimaro's movement, and that he (Kimimaro) was a taijutsu master. Kimimaro also possessed immense strength, enough to pull himself out of Gaara's chakra-infused sand, which is normally difficult, if not impossible, due to its sturdiness. How Kimimaro can use this ability against Zabuza: In a close range fight, Zabuza can hardly deal with Kimimaro. His taijutsu is on a much greater level than Zabuza's. When Kimimaro combinates his taijutsu skills with Shikotsumyaku, he is even deadlier and Zabuza doesn't stand a chance against him. His bones can chop Zabuza in peaces and his strenght can smash him. Kimimaro's speed than he practised can help him to avoid Zabuza's strongest water techiques. Cursed Seal Kimimaro was given a cursed seal, which granted him tremendous power. He bore the Cursed Seal of Earth, which is said to be equal in power to the Cursed Seal of Heaven, and both Seals are said to be the strongest amongst the ones used by Orochimaru. Kimimaro's fighting style changed after entering his Level 2 state: he became much slower, but his strength increased to the point of smashing Gaara's sand with ramming, and his skin became thicker and harder, making it impossible for even Gaara's sand to penetrate it. How Kimimaro can use this ability against Zabuza: With Cursed Seal, Kimimaro has a greater stamina than Zabuza, which gives him advantage in a long fight. Kimimaro can with some effort, break through Zabuza's trump card, Water Prison Technique. He can just release his bones with Shikotsumyaku (his bones and then use his greater strenght that Cursed Seal gave him. When being under Cursed Seal, using Dance of the Seedling Fern (countless bones rise from underground), Kimimaro can give Zabuza a deadly suprise and ultimately kill him.

Kimimaro's Abillities
Zabuza's Abillities Demon of the Hidden Mist Zabuza was a very vicious and powerful fighter. Even as a child who had yet to begin in the Academy, he had enough prowess to kill 100 trained students single-handedly. He was strong enough to effortlessly wield the large Kubikiribōchō for long periods of time, even with one hand, as well as fast enough to match Kakashi in both movements and hand seals. His strength and agility was further proven when he held up Kakashi with one hand and a Fūma Shuriken in the other and was able to jump high enough to dodge a second shuriken, which was at the level of his neck. True to his moniker, Zabuza possessed an incredible amount of chakra and physical resistance. How Zabuza can use this ability against Kimimaro: Zabuza is one of the most skilled ninjas of Kirigakure and with his skills, he was highly feared. Zabuza has a great stamina beacuse he has a crazy, demonic chakra that coul freeze the blood in your veins only by looking to it. This made Zabuzy very durable, and he could endure great injuries and still fight. This is a very good characteristic because he could manage many cuts from Kimimaro's bonest. He has a great stamina which could make him stand in a long fight. His taijutsu is also very good and he could resist close fight to Kimimaro for some time. Kenjutsu During his time as a Kirigakure-nin, Zabuza was one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, a group composed of the village's top swordsmen. The generation of swordsmen he belonged to was noted as the strongest ever produced within Kirigakure, a further testament to Zabuza's impressive skills. Zabuza's signature weapon was the Kubikiribōchō, an over-sized broad sword, whose shape was thought to decapitate enemies. This large weapon has the unique ability to absorb and utilise the iron from all the blood it sheds, from whoever it cuts, in order to reform itself if damaged or broken. How Zabuza can use this ability against Kimimaro: When fighting Kimimaro at close range, Zabuza could use his kenjutsu impressive skills. It is higly posible that Kubikiribōchō could cut through some tipes of Kimimaro's bones. This would work only on Kimimaro when he's not using Cursed Seal. Kimimaro could cut through this sword by multiple incision, but whith its regenaration abillities, Zabuza could continuesly attack. With Zabuza's speed, which is not far from Kimimaro's, he could seriously injure and kill him.

Water Release Zabuza had great skill in Water Release techniques. He could perform several of them while keeping a separate one active, as seen when he kept Kakashi trapped in the Water Prison Technique while at the same time attacking the rest of Team 7 with a water clone; he could maintain several of these clones at the same time, often using them as diversions. He also showed proficiency in large-scale, highly destructive water-attacks from launching powerful torrents of water in the forms of dragon missiles and giant waterfalls at his opponents. Zabuza was especially adept at the Hiding in Mist Technique, as it made his Silent Killing even easier to perform. By blanketing the area in a thick mist, Zabuza could blind his targets, making it even more difficult for them to defend against him. How Zabuza can use this ability against Kimimaro: Kimimaro is a close range fighter and water techiques are great advantage against him. Zabuza can use Water Clone Techique to make Kimimaro busy, while he's doing complicated techiques. Zabuza can just blind him using Hiding in Mist Technique and then atack him with his strongest water techiques from the distance, knowing that he mustn't go close to him.With his greatest techique - Great Waterfall Technique, he could scatter Kimimaro all over the battlefield, injuring and knocking him out out and fastly finish him with Kubikiribōchō.

Zabuza's Abillities
Conclusion This fight would be very tight , but I'm giving it to Kimimaro. He suprasses Zabuza in speed, strenght and stamina (while being fully transformed in Curse Seal) and taijutsu which are all the leading factors in their fight. Kimimaro's special kekkei genkai can make Zabuza's jutsu useles beacuse he's got answers to almost all Zabuza's techniques. The demon inside Zabuza would give Kimimaro great resistance, though. This fight would leave a great scar on earth. I respect both characters and I'm equally fan of both of them. |
