Naw it's no diff honestly. He isnt touching kimimaro when even Lee a Taijutsu master had trouble landing on a hit on him[

]. Even if Zabuza landed a hit on him with his beheaders sword it gets countered by the fact that kimimaro has regeneration abilities and orochimaru states his body can resist can type of physical attack[
