Kimimaro vs Neji

They have different styles of taijutsu. Neji's is better however because bone hasn't been proven to block chakra attacks.

I'd think this depends on weather Neji can perform Lion Fist(which according to the anime can cut though metal rods), with that he'd be able to break kimi's protruding bones, though even without he'd be able defend himself with other techniques. But Clamtis and Bracken dance would be deadly to any ninja. It's a tough call for me.

Neji pre-shippuden could possibly lose to Kimimaro, but Neji post-shippuden would easily beat Kimimaro. He's a lot more disciplined now and the gentle fist strikes can close chakra pathways through bone.
