Bee has better reactions and is faster than Kimimaro, second of all he could have stabbed him but he chose to put the Kunai to his head. This is what will happen when he is going for the kill.

What are you even talking about? Obito got marked and Minato teleported over to him with FTG. FTG is instant. When anyone in this manga let alone Kimimaro can react to instant then we can talk.

This doesn't change the fact that he couldn't react. Nor does it change the fact that its impossible to react to something instantaneous anyway.

Against Obito Minato used kunia/ftg to tag/harm Obito. Unlike Obito. Kimimaro has the ability to spring bones at any part of his body to react and in this situation he doesnt have to worry about kunia being thrown. This is why i mentioned the marking Minato has used. The one against Bee failed and the other against Obito came from his own doing and kunia.

None of which even begins to compare to Minato's Shunshin speed so using this as back up for him being able to prevent Minato from marking him, is futile.
