This is another point in favour of Hidan's victory. I was going to post this in the OP but I forgot about it. People forget that piercing attacks don't do squat against Hidan. You need slicing attacks or OP attacks that destroy the body completely to defeat Hidan.

Kimimaro can win if he uses his attacks for decapitation, bone forrest can destroy ritual circle and leave Hidan off guard on spikes.

The bone forest would leave some holes in the circle but it wouldn't destroy it. Kimimaro uses stabbing based attacks as shown on multiple occasions. The bone sword he uses doesn't have a sharp edge, only a sharp point. Hence why it is great for piercing, not stabbing.

Since you've set the knowledge at full, Kimimaro would instinctively try and erase Hidan's ritual circle you've granted him before the start of the battle. Bone world does that just fine [

]. This would not only remove the circle, but pierce and trap Hidan in the process seeing as he lacks any aerial capabilities. After that, Hidan is at Kimimaro's mercy. Revisiting the scan I just provided, Kimimaro can appear from any of his bones at will, and from there, he can decapitate Hidan with one of his bones.

Many people on this forum believe Kimimaro can regenerate himself. So if that's true, Hidan has no chance even if he gets the blood.

Kimimaro would easily dice Hidan NO Diff. Hidan is a reckless shinobi who attacks with little to no caution of his own body while Kimimaro is a precised attacker and makes sure that his opponent doesn't get close enough to even lay a scratch on him. I doubt Hidan would be able to lay his scythe upon him without losing a limb, probably wouldn't even give him a chance to run into his circle.

Kimimaro has the upper hand here. Sawarbi no Mai demolishes his body and leaves him disabled. Then, Kimimaro can appear out of a bone near of Hidan, to smash his head with his bone spear.

Kimimaro most likely can regenerate himself; only question to what an extent. He has no problems in closing his wounds after tearing apart skin and flesh to take out bones. And when Kimimaro's body was visibly damaged by Gaara's Sabaku Soso and shed blood, his body was completely regenerated on the next page.
