Kimimaro. From what we've seen, Hidan needs Kakuzu to reattach his lost bodyparts. He won't die, but he'll be rendered useless quite easily.

Though Hidan could kill Kimimaro if he got blood, that would never happen. He himself said that he's the slowest and his aim's the worst of the akatsuki. Meanwhile, Kimimaro can fight off hundreds of nine tails chakra Naruto's without a single scratch. He's one of the best avoiding taijutsu users ever, so Hidan doesn't have a chance here.
