Kimimaro in my opinion as he is extremely fast, has excellent reflexes which he follows up with a counter attack as we saw in his fight against Rock Lee as he easily would have defeated him even though both were weakened (kimmimaro got his disease and lee just got out of surgery). There were also that time when he fought against Gaara's sand and managed to avoid and counter the sand tsunami technique by exactly knowing where to move which proves him to be a great tactician and master taijutsu user.

but Hiashi has a great chance if he gets to him as Gentle Fist is used to disable your opponent and even the strongest of fighters are weakened heavily if let us say a leg is disabled which will restrict his movements.

what I want to know right now is Hiashi's techniques as they have certainly been left out of the series for quite a while. Also I would want to see a clash between Kimmimaro's bone drill thingy around his arm which went half-through his "ultimate defense" against Hiashi's powerful and LARGE Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven which sent numerous shinobis flying even though they were kinda fodder...
