At the end of the day, what matters is that Raiton>Futon>regular chakra in terms of penetrative power, thus Darui's sword can cut through Kimimaro's bone if a fodder Samurai's sword chipped it. Only time Kimimaro's bones aren't being cut is when he's in CM2, but he gets slow in that form and a Black Lightning attack is more then likely to end him given his body will conduct it just fine.

Kimmi couldn't touch drunk lee cuz drunk lee is unorthodox. It has nothing to do with lee's speed.

I never said he was as fast as v2 Jins who can control themselves. I said he was faster then Kin and Gin in their base forms, which is more then enough.
