Kimimaro mid-high difficulty. His taijutsu>Asuma, he has an unpredictable style and probably greater in speed. Asuma has strength on his side and I know he has some kind of ritual jutsu (can't remember it's abilities) but it wouldnt do much against CMLv2 Kimmaro.

Kimimaro would take this high diff, he's obviously superior in close range combat. When it comes to long range attacks, Kimimaro can always fire his drilling bullets at Asuma. Not to mention that neither opponent is overly faster than the other. . .

So it is a pretty even match up, but Asuma wouldn't be able to beat Kimimaro before he was killed. Especially after Kimimaro enters his second stage mode.
