Yes even if he goes CS2. Raiton would still easily penetrate him, and B can maneuver around most of his attacks, especially since he gets slower instead of faster when he uses CS2.

Kimimaro would have an easier time with V1 Bee rather than Base Bee (Acrobatics) in all honestly.

As for the thread, they're practically equally as dangerous because their techniques are rather unpredictable and are well-suited for handling even Taijutsu Masters and Sharingan Users though if I had to choose, it'd probably be Bee, but even I'm uncertain of that.
