How come people restrict Kirin when it's almost never going to happen in a battle outside that of Itachi's? Before their fight even started there were already grey clouds. Itachi setting a forest on fire with Amaterasu was a huge coincedence in Sasuke's favor. We can even speculate that without that Sasuke would have never been able to use Kirin in the first place.

In the current location it's a clear sky and there's no Itachi to use Amaterasu here to help heat up the atmosphere so Kirin was never going to happen anyways. Restrict Manda and Cm1,CM2.(For Sasuke obviously)
