There's no such thing as "healthy Kimimaro", just to let you know my judgment below included that.
He defeats Zetsu and that's it... His physical attacks don't have what it takes to put Hidan down and all Konan has to do is literally wait until he dies of his illness.
The rest of the Akatsuki wins for obvious reasons.

Seriously people think Kimimaro beats Hidan?

Hidan was capable of kicking Part 2 Kakashi in Taijutsu, and Hidan wrecked Asuma in Taijutsu.

^ Those 2 characters I mentioned are high jonin tier ninja.
