Off the top of my head, I think he stops at Kakashi. 3T should help him deal with most of the problematic things in Kimi's arsenal (such as Bone Forest), and Raiton techs should work against his defense. Speed-wise, Kakashi can definitely keep up, especially with 3T to assist with precog.
