Kimimaro was able to predict and call sober Lee's taijutsu too linear and predictable. His taijutsu is obviously superior to hers.

Sakura does not have agility and versatilaty feats close to that Lee.

She won't be able to land a hit on Kimimaro, not to mention he can protect himself with bones, even if they get broken; he can form new ones. The guy was able to withstand getting burried 200 meters deep in ground.
