Kimimaro (no sickness) vs lee and gaara

Kimimaro hands down would have taken the fight. Unfortunately he died right before he was about to pierce Gaara with his KKG attack

This is tricky, but.
Let's look at it this way.
Kimimaro is at full power and gaara/Lee are as was, Kimimaro wins.
BUT, Lee opens a few gates AND is at top game, Gaara releases shukaku.
Kimimaro is pulverized.

Kimimaro would have still won he only lost cuz of his illness cut his life short...

He overcame everything Gaara and Lee threw at him..

However if all three of them fought at the same time instead of Lee being tired before Gaara got there
and Gaara used his Shukaku and Lee use his gates, then who knows..??

Gaara prob didn't use Shukaku because he couldn't control it if he transformed fully plus its too destructive..
Lee's body was still recovering from surgery so he would not want to use the gates and injure his body again..

Kimimaro would have killed them because of all that as he almost did 2 seconds late from killing Gaara..

so the winner is Kimimaro :ls:
