Rock Lee has nothing strong enough to get through Kimimaros bones, considering Kimimaro can survive 2 of Gaaras sand burials. He might be faster, but he can't keep up his gates forever.

Lee is no match for him. Kimimaru is almost invulnerable to all physical attacks.
