Do you guys believe that the illness that killed Kimimaro was cancer or something similar? And do you guys believe that Tsunade could heal him?

The part where it says that you'll have muscle spasms maybe explains why Kimimaro couldn't move and was in bed. The plaque in the wall of blood vessels or in kidneys, heart and liver part explains why he spits out blood and such. And the part about depression probably explains why he is always so bummed out. I think it's cancer he died from. Well if it's cancer the fact that how come Kabuto couldn't heal him will come up. And I just think maybe he didn't know how to heal it, cancer maybe was too hard for a medical nin to fix

That's never been stated to be the case. Kimimaro died because his body structure was too unique.
Kabuto needed a detailed medical history of the clan in order to treat the illness, there wasn't.
