I'm giving this to Jugo, Karin and Suigetsu. The trio has pretty neat abilities, Jugo with his curse mark transformations(which he can't use at all), Suigetsu can liquefy himself and Karin has her adamantine chains and can heal herself and her allies if they get damaged.

Karin can immobilize Kimimaro, and Suigetsu can drown him.

WAT. Now that I think about it, would Jugo actually change sides? He would use his CM against someone aiming for Kimimaro's life.
Karin could potentially immobilize him, though.
Suigetsu actually loses instantly in this match if he liquefies himself.
So it's Karin vs Jugo, Kimimaro and Haku.
No matter how good her healing and stamina are, or he chains, she will lose this pretty easily.

Juugo wouldn't hurt Kimmi and would probably sit out if Kimimaro asked him to.

Haku uses Crystal Ice Mirrors to trap Karin and then uses Thousand Needles to end her.

Suigetsu is water being, fighting in a forest. All he can do is swing the executioners blade and hope to hit Haku. The blade won't be able to cut Kimmimaro.
