Appearance: Killua is a pale-skin boy with blue eyes and white hair. His attire often varies but on a relaxed day, he is wearing casual shorts, sneakers and a t-shirt but while on missions and things of that nature he wears an assassin garb specific to his family. Similar to that of an old-style ninja (see picture at top.)

Personality: Initially, Killua is introduced as a character who seems similar to Gon; cheeky, cheerful, and full of mischievous ideas. He is also one of the most quick-thinking characters in the series. He is confident in his own abilities, often being humble about it. But when somebody compliments him, especially Gon, he gets easily embarrassed. Killua is also known for having a sweet tooth, as he spent almost 200 million Jenny on snacks when he was at the Heavens Arena. His favorite snack is chocolate, specifically the Chocolate Balls.

However, his ruthlessness and aptitude in killing shows the other side of him — deadly, violent, and bloodthirsty. Having been tortured since birth, Killua has been conditioned to possess extreme tolerance for pain. He possesses extraordinary agility and strength that makes Killua a one-man killing machine — definitely not one to be trifled with.

( Raiton Chakura Mōdo ) - Lightning Chakra Armor

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.

Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage.

Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 4 turns max each usage.

Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x6 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 3 turns.


Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice. During Level 3, only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.

Note: Can only be used by the 3rd and 4th Raikages.

( Tekunoōganikku Fukugen) Ω Technorganic Restoration

Description: Acting as an advanced form of the Healing Foam, Technorganic Restoration is a 'smart'-healing tool curated to work specifically on those with extensively modified cybernetic bodies. This advanced foam contains a plethora of nano components in the form of miniature healer parademons, programmed with a scanning A.I that reads both on the spiritual and physical levels. Said A.I allows the parademons to know exactly where their presence is required, guiding the smart-foam to act and purge any inhibiting factors that may exist within the user's body before healing him. This includes foreign physical factors such as toxins and poisons, chakra factors such as genjutsu or foreign chakra, and spiritual factors such as Yamanaka-clan attacks or Yin parasites, this working up to S rank. This purge functions similar to the Medical Technique: Restore Balance in terms of capabilities. Upon cleansing the body, the smart-foam would rapidly heal the user, with the parademons potentially acting as spare parts for the user's cybernetic components. Technorganic Restoration allows the user to purge once per turn and regenerate up to 30 health per turn, lasting for 3 turns. Cyborgs can store the foam inside their cybernetic body, having the nano foam be passively released upon them suffering damage. Delta/Kawaki biographies take this a step further due to their unique physiology enabling them to utilise the nano component in a more efficient manner. This would enable healing 60 health in a single turn and achieving a purge a rank higher, at the cost of the remaining 30 healing and purge being wasted. Must be mentioned in bio/first post to utilise passive function. Usable once passively, twice overall, and separated by at least four turns.

( Kemuri Senkōdama ) - Smoke-Flash Bombs

Range: Short - Mid

Description: Similar in use to the smoke and flash bombs respectively, this tech dazes the senses by emitting a powerful sound and light. It was powerful enough to block even enhanced senses of sight and hearing, leaving those with vision and sound based sensing useless. It's major downside, however, is that due to affecting a wide area, allies could also be caught in the blast radius if not warned beforehand. Due to the mass amount of chakra released from the explosion, chakra based sensing dilate also left useless. These are also able to negate B rank and below technological sensing devices as well.
Note: Does not count as a move but only one can be used per turn.
Note: User can have up to 3 max while Cyborgs have up to 6.

( Chakura Tu ) Chakra Blade (On the inside of both of his wrists)

Description: The user invents a chakra blade that uses the wielder's chakra to generate a makeshift blade but has the downside of draining too much chakra too quickly. ( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm (His right arm)

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 5 for Custom Cyborgs.

oh? I thought the 3rd rai can only use black lightning tbh this one can too?
You're right. I assumed this was a 3rd Raikage bio.

You do need to change your hp or chakra stats though since you added to your VIT attribute. And you need 4 MIND to use the Lightning Chakra Armor since it is a S ranked ninjutsu.

Idk how to make changes to my chakra and health it say jounin characters get 160 health and 1,600 chakra so idk what is referenced

You get 160 HP and 1600 chakra by default for being a jonin. The VIT attribute adds an additional 40HP or 400 Chakra, your choice, to that. You allocated 2 attribute points to VIT so your health or chakra would be higher.


"The Vitality Attribute govern’s the user’s health and chakra pools. Unlike the previous Attributes, this attribute is split between two components: Health and Chakra. As the two resources that determine your overall health as well as the energy you can draw from, increasing this points in this attribute will raise the user’s maximum health pool or their maximum chakra reserves. These will not increase on the same scale, of course. Health increases by 40 health per point while Chakra increases by 400 chakra per point. When allocating points into Vitality, one must declare which goes towards Health and which points go towards Chakra. In order to increase the Vitality Attribute further than 8 points, Ability Missions must be completed to break this soft cap."

You don't need to put 2 AP in VIT btw, that applies to every stat except VIT. But of course if you want extra Health or Chakra, then leave it as is. You should mention what which you're allocating them to doe, Health or Chakra.

Also, I'd definitely rethink that 3 in Dex, afaik Raikage bios don't have some form of enhanced sensing so your tracking will be 16 even with the tracking spec, which will leave you in a tough situation against most people as tracking isn't based on your speed anymore. 6 in SPRT seems rather high for a Tai-heavy bio, so maybe lower that and move it to DEX. That will also allow you to get the Apex Tracking spec.
