Sasuke had previously just fought against all of these people at the summit all of which tried to kill him without so much as a word bar tsunade and garaas little speech mei and ohniki literally attacked him without so much as another thought why not ask what you want here sasuke could have stated booom danzo had my clan eradicated by the hands of my own brother i want to settle things with him here i can see garraa hearing sasuke out and allowing him a chance to fight/talk to danzo even the raikage who was so mad about bee could have been calmed dwn if sasuke said oh the eight tails was ur bro i fought him nd he got away boom raikage would have been like uhh ok go fight danzo i gotta find bee hes slacking smh sasuke wanted to kill them cause they all wanted to kill him

Doesn't work that way, attampting to attack B is a good enough reason for Raikage to attack Sasuke, it's like attacking the family member of a country's leader.

And since he was allies with the other Kages, they all had a duty to join in the fight. Furthermore, they couldn't resolve things more "diplomatically" because Zetsu ruined everything by claiming Sasuke was attacking the Summit.
