If jiraya starts off in base, and bee goes v1, v2, or full hachibi, I doubth jiraiya, even if he summons gamabunta will be able to hold bee off long enough for him to summon ma and pa and enter sage mode.

Plus Bee has samehara now, he can cut through jiraiya's base techniques.

If jiraiya starts off with sage mode, he can win especially if bee goes full hachibi.

This is a good fight because they are around the same.
If jiraiya can somehow manage to get into sage mode and have the 2 frogs with him he still wouldnt be able to utilise the frogs genjutsu because its a normal genjutsu and we know that normal genjutsu doesnt work. That ss his only chance of winning.
