Suiton: Mizu fenikkusu) - Water Style: Water Phoenix

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a phoenix shaped made up of water. The user can then send the phoenix at the enemy or use it to defend against attacks. The phoenix is as big as the hawk Sasuke summoned during the fight with Danzo.
Note: Can only block ninja tools and up to S rank fire within reason.(Depending on the size of the fire jutsu)

Since the phoenixes are made up of the user chakra they will remain unharmed.

Raiton: The chakra is cover in lighting like how Sasuke blade gets to increase the scythes penetration and to have a numbing effect upon impact.

'Background Information'
History
Killer Frost was born into the Yuki Clan in Kirigakure right before the clan's extermination. Right before it happen her parents, unknown to her still, messaged the Akatsuki asking for them to take their child to protect her. After begging the Akatsuki leader Gobi Gobletsson and his other Akatsuki members Vincent and Xylon agreed to take Frost with them. After taking Frost with them, they had to raise her from within Akatsuki bases so that Kirigakure wouldn't know the possessed a Yuki and would try to get her back. As Frost grew up she started realizing that she could manipulate ice and create it. This happen to be a problem when she was younger as she nearly frozen an entire Akatsuki base at the age of 5 and was stop by Zanji, the Akatsuki Ice Sage. As the Akatsuki knew she would have to be trained to control her powers they had Vincent put a seal on her that blocked her KG till they felt the time was ready. As she grew up, Gobi showed her Amegakure and told her this was her knew home and that the Akatsuki and Amegakure Ninja would be together in this village. As she started training in ninjutsu, Gobi and Vincent agree it was time and removed the seal to allow her access to her KG again. She immdietatly became friends with Shinta, Howard, Insane Kitty, Yard right away. As she kept getting control of her powers, Yard and Howard notice it and knew she would be of great power. When she mastered her abilities fully, they came up to her asking if she would like to join Taka. Without any hesitation she agreed to join them. As she went on missions for Taka and Amegakure she kept growing in power. She realized her goal was to get into Akatsuki and complete Madara's Moon Eye Plan, which she read about in a scroll while still being in the Akatsuki base. To Be Continue......

Water Release
- Killer Frost being from Kirigakure and being from the Yuki clan, Frost is able to do Water Jutsus with one hand seals and at a faster speed then normal.
Ice Release: Killer Frost is from the Yuki clan and posses the KG Ice Release. This allows her to do Ice Release with faster hand seals but still has to do them all and they are not as fast as her water jutsus.
