I think Killer Bee is among the guys who are neither overrated nor underrated. He is a great man both in terms of techniques and jutsu and in terms of personality and character. What I like most about him is that he never keeps his guard down no matter who his opponent is, despite rapping and being funny even during his fight.

Yes. he is among the rare characters that are never overpowered or underpowered by Kishi.
