Sasuke barley took any damage from that blow, he could get up easily after that punch, which means the ribcage took out a lot of that punch. Do you really think A could have crushed Sasuke with that leg drop? Sasuke seemed pretty confident he didn't even try to pull out more of Susanoo, he just tried to finish A off. The Raikage would have definitely lost if it wasn't for Gaara.
