Amaterasu might be a problem here, unless bee is allowed to change back and forth to his human form, the tailed beast is way too big a target and its not particularly fast that it should be able to dodge Amaterasu, but if killer be can use his jutsu whilst in Tb mode then substitution jutsu should be enough to counter amataresu. still sasuke will win this more times than not. ( as much as i hate to say it)
