Orochimaru ran out of chakra vs the 4 tailed kyuubi that fought with no brains and just brawn killer bee and the hachibi both use there smarts as well as raw power they would take the fight with moderate difficulty only because oro refuses to die lol

and i'd go for orochimaru. because none of bee's attacks could actually kill him. you have the beasty clothesline thing [forgot the name] and a few ninjutsu. sasuke doesn't have as much raw stamina and regeneration abilities as orochimaru does.
and true he ran out of stamina, but let's not forget, his sword can pierce anything (of course naruto as an acception). and also, he was only toying with naruto during that fight.

Hydra form wins it for Oro. And Oro has regenerated from limbs being cut off and his body being torn in half. So I'm not sure Bee has the moveset to finish him off even in Base.

phew i think it would be a close call, no idea who'd win

both have massive chakra reserves : bee has more due his beast
both are masters at swordfighting : bee more advanced
both are good at taijutsu : bee more advanced
both are fast :O
orochimaru has alot more advanced ninjutsu
orochimaru has regeneration ability (which will help him greatly recovering cuts of bee's swords)
orochimaru is a smart fighter while bee is more of a rush in

bee has full controle of his tailed beast while orochimaru has sick summonings

This because Eight branches is easily the size of a tailed beast and Orochimaru can use triple Rashomon to counter the tailed beast ball.

your partly right but most of Orochimarus techniques that we have seen are "flesh" based which mean that they cant be absorbed
