Actually, I think Onoki has a pretty good chance of using Ultra-weight to make it so Bee can't even use a TBB.

You didnt had to restrict Ohnoki you know, both unrestricted could go either way...
But i think Ohnoki would win that, with this restriction Ohnoki would lose easily.
