Bee because of this: I mean, if Sasuke got beat by Bee while using his Sharingan, I don't think Naruto can beat him using Sage Mode. But we don't know if Sage Mode grants better tracking than Sharingan.

Naruto in Sage Mode, but Bee is still plenty strong without the Hachibi, he just wouldn't be anywhere near as strong as he is now.

That being said, in his base mode he still trolled all of Taka, and dominated Sasuke, but then again Sage Mode Naruto would have been able to do the same.

P.S. I don't get how Bee"relies on the 8-tails"too much. It is a part of his power, what is he supposed to do, just ignore that he has it? That doesn't seem very smart when it could make him multiple times more powerful.

That is like if you said Madara relies on his doujutsu too much, or Minato relies on his ST jutsu to much. It is part of their arsenal, so they might as well use it.
