]. If Bee is able to perform such a feat against an already quick, sharingan wielder, I'm afraid Jiraiya doesn't stand a chance in CQC against Bee. Mind you, Bee isn't even in his V2 state here -- Jiraiya's chances of completing the Sage transformation is slim, as his arms are required to be connected (again, not good when facing a CQC specialist like Bee). Jiraiya just doesn't have the speed and destructive power to hang with Bee.

I tend to believe Jiraiya has a higher chance of winning than you give him credit for.

Now Jiraiya has the largest katon shown to date with the assistance of Gamabunta. Considering that Gamabunta is about the same size as a bijuu and their combination Katon makes Bunta seem miniscule there is no way BM Bee or really any version of Bee is avoiding such a flame.

The main problem for Jiraiya would be Bee in the Hachibi cloak. At that point I imagine he'd be protected from the burning sensation of the katon, and he's be protected from Lion's Mane as well.
What about Tailed Beast Bombs though? True, this would create certain problems for Jiraiya. But so far as my understanding goes a TBB is merely a large Rasengan which utilizes positive and negative chakra. Based on how Rasengan was explained as a compressed rotating ball of chakra; it would be arguable that Water style: Water bullet is a water styled rasengan. And that when the two clash an effect similar to what happened against Shukaku will result.

Another thing that should be looked at, Bee's resistance to being cut isn't very high. He has been cut by the Third Raikage's 1 finger Hell Stab, The Fourth Raikage's Lariat, Sasuke's Chidori True Spear, and Minato's Kunai. So it seems plausible then that Bunta may be able to cut apart a BM Bee.

Another thing Jiraiya can try is stall tactics. Because Bunta was able to hold down the Kyuubi for small amounted of time it is possible that after a quick use of food cart destroyer Bunta can by Jiraiya some time for Sage Mode

Finally another stall tactic that can be used by Jiraiya in order to activate Sage Mode is his use of shadow clones. If he creates a shadow clone and allows it to do the heavy lifting in the fight while he just sits on Gamabunta's head drawing chakra there is a stronger chance of him being able to enter Sage Mode. Likewise if he uses his shadow clone to use Shadow Manipulation: Toad Flatness he could by some stall time that would assist him in going in Sage Mode and while Bee is unable to move Gamabunta can try to cut him apart as mention above.

Also If Bee is in BM a combination of Underworld Swamp and Food Cart Destroyer would probably finish off Bee because he'd be stuck so far down in the mud.
I remember that the four tailed Naruto left a big scar at Jiraiya's stomach with one punch, so Bee did to Kisame. Do the math. What kind of defense would Hari Jizo display when Orochimaru's Kusanagi didn't leave a scratch on Naruto in the mode Bee can also use?
