Sasuke wins both scenarios. If anyone thinks that Sasuke's CS2 body is less durable than Kisame, then they should rethink this very carefully. The scale of the explosion was far too great and CS2 tanked all of it at the cost of a single wing - Sasuke's own body was completely unharmed.

There is no significant increase in V2 speed. Sasuke already evaded Bee's V1 Blitz easily. At CS2 level, his own speed and reflexes should be more than enough to handle Bee.

Scenario 1: Sasuke can handle Base Bee with ease. Despite being severely injured, Sasuke entered the fray without Sharingan at first and handled Bee's Sword Dance with ease. The only reason he got stabbed - which I keep repeating on this base over and over again, but to no avail - is because Bee Deflected Sasuke's Raiton - based Sword Kusanagi with his own. Allowing him the perferct opportunity to avail this moment.

But even in that small - and I mean very small window - time between Bee almost thrusting the Katana into Sasuke, he managed to react with amazing speed and ran Raiton through his body to avoid any vital damage. At full health, Sasuke can hold his own. At close Range Genjutsu is also an option. A few seconds is all Sasuke needs. In fact, Sasuke only needs a second to finish Bee off with his full powered Chidori.

Scenario 2: There is no indication that there is a significant increase between V1 and V2 forms. Since Sasuke handled V1 Speed, despite his severe injuries just fine, I cannot see him losing here to V2 speed. CS2 provides the extra durability and Speed if needed. Any of Bee's attacks aren't getting through this form.

If he uses Katanas' - which I doubt - they simply bounce off CS2's armour, just like Zabuza's sword couldn't even scratch Jugo, it bounced back when Suigetsu used it. If Manda is summoned then the things go even further in Sasuke's favour. Since intel is there, Sasuke knows that Bee can break out of Genjutsu. He uses Genjutsu to temporarily paralyze Bee and then finishes him off.

The condition of IF is also given. Sasuke doesn't need to summon Manda for V1, as I already mentioned that he handles Bee's V1 Speed with ease.

He wins both scenarios mid difference most.

restrictions: Sasuke starts in CM2, Bee can go up to v2 if Sasuke summons Manda

Scenario one:

Hebi Sasuke has chidori variants and fire jutsu. We've already seen that Sasuke's lightning sword doesn't work against Bee, and I highly doubt he'll be able to kill someone as skilled as Bee from a range. Up close, Bee dominates with his eight swords.

Scenario two:

With full knowledge, Sasuke probably won't attempt a sword fight. In this fight Sasuke can summon Manda, but Bee can kill Manda with a pencil, never mind version two chakra cloak. If Bee does use v2, GG.

I don't see how Bee gets raped when using Samehada. Its not like he has to constantly use it.

The genjutsu sasuke used was with his Mangekyou though. We can't say that he would be able to pull that off in 3 tomoe

Itachi used genjutsu on Bee and it worked perfectly.
