sasuke destroys in both scenario's. samehada has a limit to how much chakra is can absorb at a time and sasuke is an enton spamming master,(not to mention amaterasu is killer bee's weakness, and samehada hates fire). samehada won't be able to protect killer bee forever. and if he goes full 8 tails he can't even use it

For KB to get past Susanoo he needs the TBB, and for him to use it he needs to enter full BM and instantly becomes a sitting duck for Amaterasu.

Bee was already able to react to Amaterasu and get an arm and a tentacle in the way with no intel on it.

I'd say Bee wins this by blocking Ama with his tentacles and using Continous Bijudama.

Samehada didn't like a small fire so it has no hope of absorbing Amaterasu. Good luck with this logic. Bee is killed by Summit Sasuke easily. EMS is over kill. He has no way around Susano'o and the second he goes full bijuu mode, a single Amaterasu fries him. The last time, even a tentacle didn't help him as Amaterasu completely engulfed his body within seconds. Wherever a focused Amaterasu appears, he is done for.
