Base Bee is - already faster than KCM Naruto and Ei. The second version of his transformation whom was dodged effortlessly by MS Sasuke is faster than V2 Ei. MS Sasuke > Base Bee > V2 Ei in speed, which means Bee blitzes him low difference.
