- Sasuke cannot use Genjutsu, since it would be useless anyway.
- Sasuke has a fresh Mangekyo, so no damage to his eyes yet.

-If this is the Sasuke who fought Ay, Killer B wins. Amaterasu is tanked by the Bijuu Cloak, and Lariat blows open Susanoo and then another one blows his chest off, only this time Jugo won't be able to save him. V2 isn't even really needed, but it would make it a stomp.

-If this is the Sasuke at the end of the Ay fight, V2 B takes it. Multiple V2 Lariats should let him eventually get past V2 Susanoo, and then it's GG from there. V2 Susanoo can't overpower Killer B, nor can it hurt him through the V2 Cloak. Amaterasu is useless. Either B overpowers him, or he outlasts. Either way, he wins.

-If this is the Sasuke who fought Danzo, he wins. Susanoo Arrow might be able to hurt B through the cloak, if not, Sasuke uses Enton and Katon to set up for Kirin, and that's where B gets killed. V3 Susanoo tanks any Lariat from B, so he's well protected.

-Sasuke who had that brief skirmish with Kakashi wins too.
