Aside from using Wind Style Rasengan or Rasenshuriken, he hasn't shown anymore jutsu's to that extent, but Wind Cancels out Lighting right? so why not use a Fuuton channeled Kunai against that Raiton blade.

naruto hasn't been shown to channel fuuton to a weaponin battle. Not only that, he has never used a rasenshuriken defensively in a battle.

Naruto normally fights with bare hands, so to suggest he will whip out a kunai and imbue it with fuuton, before bee's attack lands, is foolish

That's pain arc sm naruto and naruto has improve a lot since then he deliberately decide to extend the time and he can also enter sm quickly in few seconds he can use his clone to distract bee

I would say Bee and fairly easily at that. FRS can be easily dodged. It's not even a quick technique, proven by the fact how Deva dodged and stabbed Naruto Clones without breaking a sweat. Bee was shown to react to FTG twice - once with partial Transformation - and to V2 Ae's Lariat. Naruto barely matches up to Third Raikge, who is not even amongst the fastest Shinobi.

After Two FRS, Naruto is basically done anyway. Bee's Kenjutsu and Speed is too much for SM Naruto and once that's out of the way, he's dead the next second. I give this to Bee Mid-Difference most.

Nardo high diff. I'd honestly say that in Taijutsu, Bee's style would be too quick and unpredictable for Frog Kata to work to its full effect, yet the obvious Senjutsu strength and speed boosts would be a factor. Lariat would be dodged for obvious reasons; in the end I simply believe Naruto can put him down with superior strength, or wear him down to the point where Fuuton: RS could hit.

When is he making these clones? He gets exhausted after leaving sm ontop of the fact that bee shits on base naruto in speed and taijutsu. His clones would die to 7 sword dance in 1 microsecond

Are you saying naruto didn't improve sm duration? When he loudly said it in the manga that he want to increase the duration and he went from 2 rasenshuriken to 3. Sm Naruto was beating 50% kyuubi why would v1 bee be any problem? How would bee counter chou odama rasengan tarengan? Clone feints? Or bee can't be feint now? Even pain and shared vision was fooled. People think naruto is going to apply frs directly? He can feint bee.
