Killer Bee Underrated?

Is Killer Bee an underrated character? I mean he's the jinchuriki of the second strongest tailed beasts in the series.

Well I dunno. In a SM Naruto vs. Killer Bee thread there were quite a lot of people saying KB would win with no difficulty or would stomp/rape etc.

He is an exxellent shinobi....an awesome swordsman as well...but not in the top ten considering that top ten is already filled up with some of the strongest shinobis of leaf and also guys like nagato and kabuto.....he is more skilled than naruto....
