They were evenly lucky. Recovering Sasuke, with no intent to kill. And bee would've died if Sasuke left Ama on. that's a fact! Hachabi couldn't do anything. But Sasuke was bailed out twice by his team.

I don't think they where evenly lucky tbh. You can't really use him recovering as an excuse, he chose to go fight a jinc in his condition, that's on him, he just made a bad judgement call. The fight would of ended after b got sasuke with his first attack without taka involved, not saying b would of killed him, I doubt that, the fight just would of been over. And after deciding to go all out as a team sasuke got his chest blown open. the most damage b took was ama and cutting off a tentacle, I'd say sasuke was luckier than b. Despite all this, sasuke still failed his actual objective(although apparently a tentacle was enough) and people claim sasuke won. They both walked away from that fight...

Lol let's be serious here, had sasuke began with mangekyou, health fully recovered and not limited to "no killing intent". B would be on a very tedious list of dead rappers that has yet to make a name for themselves :lol it's pretty clear that Kishi put the restrictions on sasuke not just for the sake of plot but that it's painfully obvious that B cannot do shit to sasuke without going full bijuu mode or the very least v2, but even then v2 is trivial once sasuke get's susanoo to tank. Also that whole, B's swordstyle is obviously superior to sasuke is true but let's not exaggerate it. 3RD tomoe sasuke was the one who was fighting it off, not MS. besides if the latter got susanoo he would've just done

lmao what? B had no obligation to hold back killing intent unlike sasuke, the -gag writing down his rap- was to show his cockiness against someone who B likely didn't know was uchiha until later through the fight. Sasuke intentionally went in and bout majority of his round 1 fight w/o intent to kill to the point he not relied on MS. (doubt it's higher precog make much of a difference thou) and when he did intend to fight with killing lust, he still recluctant from using mangekyou. so no, it's not the samething at all, besides my post was not to show Taka sasuke > B. but Taka sasuke> B (no full bijuu)
