Because he can absorb there chakra by touching them, he dosent need the sword to do it or he wouldnt be able to use the Giant Shark Missile.
Agaisnt Gai's team near the beginning of shippuden, his 30% clone created an ocean without absorbing the opponents chakra.

Show me any where in the manga where it states regular with out samahadra kisame can touch you then absorb chakra???

Fact of the manga is killer never was serious with kisame and never went all out. While kisame did and barely won because of the handicaps place on Killer Bee.

I believe he will be the next raikage if A pass the spot.

he's able to control hachibi which grant him a very top spot in naruto universe, not a lot of people can defeat him in 1vs1.

No Genjutsu work on him, and he's a ninjutsu beast and could go level 1 or level 2 and beyond to full BM.

( okay some people might argue tsukuyomi will work, and Idk but that's just one genjutsu )

Kisame does not have the ability to absorb chakra with his hands, he can only do this with the samehada. I Will re-read that fight now and I think gai touched the samehada before he done that tech but even if gai didn't who is to say kisame didn't get chakra from somewhere else before hand.

And even soo with out all the chakra he took from killer bee in their fight he would not have won that battle. He took chakra from bee six times in that fight.

His chakra is already on the level of a tailed beast, he dosent need Bee's chakra to do that.

His abilty to go to V2 in a instant then back in seconds and same with BM. Makes him versatile in the close combat aspect. If you do serious damage while he's in BM he will trick you and Make you hit a tentacle like clone.

And again your wrong! Kisame did indeed go all out in terms of not dying! He switched after he went shark mode in the water dome (fact).

He couldnt absorb all of v2 chakra, what makes you think he can absorb a TBB?

And the Kamehameha Jutsu rip off Bee can simply move Or Use the Whirlwind Tech to disperse it. It Isnt chakra, and the wind around him while he spins is natural wind so it isnt getting thought that bud.

That depends on If Killer Bee can transform and that is all chakra that can be absorbed.
If he needs to go v2 then hes getting serious. Even if he does that hiding underground counters it.

At that point Samehada wasnt on Kisame's side but all Kisame had to do was touch it and he recieved chakra so i made that assumption.
If he was in his normal state he wouldnt have needed that charka and you can only absorb chakra that you can store.

Kisame with samehada was a killer combo because they both absorb chakra. Samehada absorbs from the enemy, and Kisame absorbs from Samehada, making him seem undefeatable. Bee didn't want to go full form against him because he didn't want to be spotted, ending his "vacation".

I think Bee is one of the best, even admired by Minato for his true shinobi skill. He also went toe to toe with Itachi, keeping him on the run. People might not like him because he's kind of a fool, but dude can hold his own, even over powering A, one of the most physically strongest characters in the manga. They don't give him his props, but he has actually faced some of the strongest charcters in the manga and is still rappin'...
