His Iron Seal is gone from his stomach so Gyuki probably went back to him willingly and he no longer needs him sealed.

He's still on turtle island training too so hes probably become unbelievably powerful.

Gyuki said in the manga at some point that he has grown to really like Bee so its no shocker he decided to stay
