Well, that move was funny at the first time.
But.. got absolutely ridiculous when Madara used the gedo mazo to rip out the bijuu. Now it's just worse, if that is even possible.
The bijuu-extraction rules became totally nonsense. Kushina and any other jinchuuriki until the war arc would've died, even when the bijuu were sealed back within them. But at some point in the story it's enough to have a bit chakra staying in your body or to seal the bijuu back in the person. Just ridiculous.
