It is not like Bee doesn't deserve it, because it is clear that he earned it... but he doesn't really need it, i mean come on he is a perfect inchuriki... and his lightning style is good for a sharp weapon not a sword like Samehada... and be sure that he won't use it like Kisame did i mean fusing with it, because he doesn't need to.

I agree that Samehada probably wouldn't accept Kakashi, although it would be the best thing for him but who knows...
And about Suigetsu... well his brother Mangetsu was able to master all swords, and if you go only by the looks you wouldn't say that no? And considering that it is his ambition to gather all swords... i think he is capable.

Looks can be deceiving.From what we saw of Suigetsu, I doubt he could handle Samehada.Mangetsu could wield all seven swords while Suigetsu gets tire just carrying around Kubikiribocho.Suigetsu is just not at his brother's level in chakra and skill.

I personally think that kakashi needs the samehada to make him complete. He wont have chakra problems again, since he can absorb from others and even from their jutsu. xd

I'm not sure Kisame is older than Mangetsu, or had the sword before Mangetsu did.Kisame was only 32 when he died, Zabuza was only 26.From the list of Seven Ninja Sword Mens, there was a total of ten.Mangetsu and the others were all dead while Kisame and Zabuza was still alive with their swords.Mangetsu could, and probably was older than Kisame.Just because Kisame killed Fuguki Suikazan, doesn't mean Fuguki Suikazan had Samehada before Mangetsu did.For all we know, Mangetsu death could have led to Fuguki Suikazan getting Samehada.Or Mangetsu could have only taken those swords out on missions, seeing as the seven ninja swords where tools of the Hidden Mist Village and didn't actually belong to any of the shinobis.

I don't think that's bs seeing how Mangetsu has the scroll containing all the 7 swords. So out of all Swordsman he is the only one who has it... ever wonder why?

Kakashi doesnt have weak chakra he has a sharingan and he's not an uchiha which drains his chakra which is why he is so amazing for being able to use the sharingan so proficiently

Deserving it and being the ideal wielder for it are different things entirely. He held his own against Kisame, check. He has mastered his bijuu, check. He is at the Kage leve, check. The list could probably go on, that's not the point though. Does he use Samehada? Eh, once or twice maybe? Does he understand it? Can he fuse with it? None of these are to be seen.

It should go to Suigetsu, assuming all other ideal character choices are dead. Give to Kakashi? That's a real laugh, as Kakashi isn't the type to use such a weapon. Sure, if he used it properly it could be a huge power boost but you could say that about any form of power-up. Just because something could help a character doesn't mean they deserve or should have said power-up.

In summary: Killer Bee has earned Samehada but he doesn't truly deserve it based on his fighting style and lack of use of the legendary sword.

Kakashi has neither earned nor deserves Samehada.

Suigetsu being of the mist, a swordsman, technically a seven swordsman at this point -- Not only deserves but has earned the right to wield Samehada.
