What's there to debate? Naruto basically told Bee you will get oneshotted by Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu :| Does Bee have the reflexes to dodge Amaterasu? No. Can Samehada absorb it? Probably not considering it hated absorbing Itachi's Fireball jutsus. Tsukuyomi can only be broken by someone from the Uchiha clan with a Sharingan, and the fact Naruto said it will oneshot him is another proof.

All of Bee's attacks are close range and Itachi has already owned him in close combat not to mention if he has any difficulties he could activate Susano'o. Surely he won't have any trouble doing that considering he activated it before Kirin hit him.

TBB is Bee's only chance of winning and that won't happen since Amaterasu will burn Gyuki like last time, there is also the Totsuka blade. Gyuki's tails has been pierced and cut a lot of times in the manga its plausible to assume the Totsuka Blade can pierce Gyuki. There is also the Yata Mirror which is said to repel all attacks.

Sorry but Bee can't solo any MS Uchiha.

Didn't Naruto himself say he only escaped it because of the Kyuubi and if you don't believe Tsukuyomi oneshots KidGamer65 has already explained why it would.

Susano'o tanked a TBB, Plus his has Yata mirror, so no.

Itachi already parried all bee's sword dance attacks.

Itachi already dodged bee's samehade attacks.

samehade hates eating fire, it won't kill itself trying to absorb ama. You need body flicker after image to dodge ama.

Killer bee can't 'blitz' itachi. Sharingan predicts all his linear moves, and itachi is far faster than swagsuke. This isn't a fight against swagsuke.

yata blocks 360.

Chakra doesn't matter if your opponent is dead before you run out.

Perfect jins aren't breaking tsuku. The bijuu needs to manually break them out and bee would speed 3 days being tortured in the 1 second when hachibi noticed bee was caught. Tsuku drops him.

Totsuka can be swung. Full bijuu mode will be cut to shit with totsuka just like hydra was.

Susano'o is Itachi's main defense.It has been shown to be pure chakra.And as we know Bee has Sameheda.This sword eats chakra for breakfast and gives it to Bee.

As you can see, this would completely destroy Itachi's Susano'o.

Verdict:Bee could break Susano'o or simply absorb it.

Amaterasu

Killer Bee could just absorb Amaterasu with Samaheda or just simply escape it.

Itachi would get completely destroyed in close range.He hasn't been shown to be that good in close range so Bee takes this by a landslide.

Kiler Bee has been shown to be really fast.Being able to get up off the ground and hitting Sasuke with a Lariat without him being able to react.

Yata Mirror

Yata Mirror does not cover a 360 degree area.All Killer Bee has to do is simply blitz Itachi.With Lariat.

Chakra

Itachi has very low chakra while Killer Bee has basically an unlimited amount from being a Jinchuuriki and wielder of Samaheda.He could out last Itachi very easily.

Killer bee don't instantly break out of Genjutsu it takes a moment for Gyuki to react and snap him out of it.

In an instant you can be in tsukyomi for 3 days. Remember Itachi Tsukiyomi is 100x better than Sasukes. By the time gyuki can react to bee being in a genjutsu and snapping him out Bee will already be mentally destroyed

Yata mirror can cover whatever it needs to even 360 considering it has no actual shape. ITs a spirit that blocks all attacks and make them meaningless.


Amaterasu:

Its in the manga Samehada actually hates absorbing fire techniques and Amaterasu burns Katon jutsu I seriously doubt he could absorb amaterasu without harming itself greatly. Also if Amaterasu spawns on the user will bee cut himself to extinguish the flames?

You say Itachi has low chakra but he actually does not considering in his last hours where the diease was at his worst he still fought sasuke wanting to die and he used Tsukyomi, spammed Amaterasu, and Built a full susanoo.




Taijutsu:

Itachi's eyes are way more keen than Sasukes and Itachi's Taijutsu is superior to Sasukes (Proven in there fight). Itachi also went toe to toe with KCM Naruto and Bee which he was fast enough to counter bee strikes while fighting naruto
